Cone Crusher Production Finishing Tool

At our op, we run 8 stations of pre roll production. The staff that works these stations are high speed, and very particular about their hand tools. Finishing cones at reliable speed means not fiddling with your hand tools. 

We tried sticks, pokers, and eventually found some good chop sticks, but they worked best if you broke them. There was one “sought after” chopstick that was a standout favorite from the team.

Measurements of this magical chopstick were taken and we made a few examples. One stood out, and we’ve made dozens of cone finish tools that have finished hundreds of thousands of cones.
